Erin Blocher

Erin Blocher is a Teaching Professor and Course Coordinator of Business Communication at the Bloch School of Management, University of Missouri-Kansas City, where responsibilities include designing and implementing the business communication curriculum and overseeing adjunct instructors. Additionally, Erin serves as the Director of the Bloch Communication Center, facilitating student consultations and providing guest lectures on writing and public speaking. Erin is also a Faculty Advisor and Sam Walton Fellow for Enactus, mentoring a team on social entrepreneurship projects. Previous roles include adjunct instructor at Rockhurst University, graduate teaching assistant at The University of Kansas, and various positions in fundraising and political campaign management. Erin holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Rhetoric, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in History, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching.
