Mariana Duarte

Mariana Duarte is currently a Project Leader at Enactus and has held various roles including Senior Consultant and Project Consultant. Mariana's experience includes serving as an IDP Summer Analyst at JPMorgan Chase since June 2025 and participating in the Innovation Development Program Fellowship within JPMorgan Chase & Co. during the summer of 2024. In addition, Mariana worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Spectra Media Collective from June 2023 to January 2024 and completed a skills training course as a Launch Digital Marketing Student at Forge from March to June 2023. Mariana is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Virginia, expected to graduate in May 2026, and previously graduated from Norfolk Academy with a High School Diploma in May 2022.
