Daniela Gregorio de Las Heras Cruz

Daniela Gregorio de las Heras Cruz serves as the Corporate Strategic Talent Manager at Enaex since October 2021, focusing on organizational development. Previously, Daniela held the role of Organizational Development Analyst at Agricultural Land Corporation from October 2020 to October 2021 and gained experience as an Organizational Development Analyst at CCU in 2019. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Teacher at Bricks4Kidz Santiago from March 2016 to September 2018, conducting extracurricular workshops for children. Daniela holds a diploma in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Mining from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (March 2022) and a degree in Organizational Psychology from the same institution (2015-2020).
