Phumzile Buthelezi

Phumzile Buthelezi has work experience in various HR and people management roles. Phumzile is currently the People & Sustainability Director for Africa at Enaex, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager in HR at Enaex from June 2022 to February 2023. Phumzile started their career at Hatch, where they held the role of HR Advisor & Graduate Recruitment Specialist, before moving on to positions at Standard Bank Group and Sasol. Phumzile'searliest work experience was as an HR coordinator at Hatch Africa.

Phumzile Buthelezi has a diverse education history. In 2022, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management at GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science). In 2013, they attended Wits Business School and completed the Management Advanced Programme (MAP). In 2011, Phumzile obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg. Phumzile also holds an Honours degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, which they earned between 2008 and 2009. Phumzile'sundergraduate studies were focused on Humanities, as they obtained a B.Soc.Sci degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, Phumzile has obtained certifications in Business Math and Learning Everyday Math from LinkedIn.
