Ignacio Quintano Lopez has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1995 as a consultant at Walter Wallace - Howe International. Ignacio then worked at Telefónica Data Corp, where they held a role in the TIC and Processes Department from 2000 to 2002. Ignacio continued their career at Telefónica Gestion de Servicios Compartidos Corp as the TIC and Processes Manager, responsible for implementing new operational processes in Telefónica's five Shared Service Centers in LATAM. From 2007 to 2011, they served as the Resources General Manager Staff - Principal Manager at Telefónica, leading the company's worldwide operational efficiency initiative. Quintano Lopez then joined Telefonica Gestión de Servicios Compartidos España as the Business Development Manager, where they launched and sold BPO services to large companies in Spain. Ignacio is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Enagás, a position they have held since September 2019.

Ignacio Quintano Lopez has a diverse education history. Ignacio obtained a Programa de Innovación en Ciberseguridad degree in the field of Ciberseguridad from the University of Deusto, from 2021 to 2022. Previously, they completed a Programa de Desarrollo Directivo at IESE Business School in 2017-2018, with the field of study unspecified. In 2007, Ignacio attended the London Business School where they accomplished an Innovation Program focused on Innovación. Before that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Instituto de Directivos de Empresa (IDE-CESEM) during 1991-1993, and an Ingeniero Industrial degree specializing in Electricidad from the University of Navarra from 1985 to 1990.
