Amit Koshal

Amit Koshal is a founding partner of Photon Legal, where they focus on IP, M&A, and corporate law. Amit has also served as the president of the Indian Lawyers Association and as a senior associate at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan. Amit currently serves as the co-founder of Enalito.

Amit has spent their career helping clients in India, the US, and Singapore with their legal needs, including raising money, acquiring or merging with other companies. Theirvision for Photon Legal is to be ‘the go to IP firm, inspiring and delighting clients with care and speed’.

At Enalito, Amit is using their expertise to help large corporations, inventors, and cutting edge startups protect their ideas and innovations using intellectual property laws such as patents, trademarks, designs, and copyrights. Amit is also involved in educating clients about the value of IP and advising them on various IP and legal issues.

Amit Koshal has a law degree from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi, and is also a patent agent registered with the Indian Patent Office. Amit has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College, and they also attended Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.
