Konstantin Gavrilenko began their work experience in 1995 as a Senior Researcher at the L. V. PISARZHEVSKII INSTITUTE OF THE PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY OF THE NAS OF UKRAINE. Konstantin held this position until 2007. In the same year, they also started working at Enamine Ltd., first as a Scientist and team leader from August 2007 to October 2013, and then as a Principal Scientist and Contract Specialist from October 2013 until the present time. Additionally, they have worked as a Senior Researcher at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv since October 2007.
Konstantin Gavrilenko completed their Master's degree in Inorganic Chemistry from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv between 1994 and 1999. Konstantin then pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemistry and Magnetism of 3d-metals polynuclear complexes from L. V. Pisarzhevskii Institute of the Physical Chemistry of the NAS of Ukraine, completing it between 1999 and 2002.
