Nathaniel S. Gardiner

Nathaniel S. Gardiner is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Enanta Pharmaceuticals. Nathaniel has over two decades of experience as a corporate lawyer, including serving as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Life Sciences Group at Edwards Wildman Palmer (formerly Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP). Gardiner has a wide range of experience in corporate law, including public and private equity offerings and acquisitions, business agreements, strategic planning, and corporate governance. Nathaniel has been instrumental in the growth and success of many life science and technology companies.

Nathaniel S. Gardiner received their undergraduate degree from Harvard University and then went on to earn their Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
