Domenico Pedicelli serves as Engineering Division Manager at Enartis since June 2023, overseeing the engineering division for the Esseco group in Italy. In addition, Domenico has been a wine consultant at Pedicelli Wine since May 2021, focusing on planning viticultural production and guiding clients in winemaking decisions. Previously, Domenico worked as Enologist and Production Manager at Ca' Rugate Società agricola from May 2012 to May 2021, managing all production processes and overseeing enological installations. Early career experience includes roles as Assistant Enologist at Marchesi Antinori and Marco Felluga & Russiz Superiore, where responsibilities included grape maturation analysis and data management. Domenico's educational background includes a Master's degree in Viticulture, Enology, and Wine Markets from Università degli Studi di Udine, alongside a degree in Winemaking and a technical diploma in Viticulture and Enology.
