Paolo Dellavesa is an accomplished enologist and sommelier with extensive experience in the wine industry. Currently serving as an enologist at Enartis since September 2020, Paolo has also held roles as an enologist at Podere rocche dei Manzoni and Azienda vitivinicola Conterno Giacomo, in addition to working as a sommelier for the Associazione Italiana Sommelier since January 2015. Earlier professional experiences include a traineeship at Enosis srl, where essential laboratory techniques for wine and must analysis were acquired, and an internship at Masi Agricola, which focused on grape quality assessment and harvest timing. Paolo holds a Master’s degree in Viticulture and Enology from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Food Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano.
