Miguel Mirilli

Miguel Mirilli currently serves as the Legal Counsel at Enauta, leading the Contracts, M&A, Environmental, and Regulatory areas since April 2016. Mirilli has extensive experience managing the complete lifecycle of supply contracts, spearheading M&A processes, and providing consultative support for partnerships with major industry players. Notable achievements include finalizing a $1.5 billion offshore project and successfully concluding a $379 million asset sale. Previously, Miguel held senior legal roles at PetroRio and was a partner at VCMF, specializing in corporate restructuring and international trade disputes. Additionally, Mirilli has taught Oil and Gas Law at FGV and has a strong educational background in International Business and Energy Law with degrees from multiple institutions.
