Carlo Paris

Carlo Paris is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as Presidente Comitato Sostenibilità, Membro Comitato Nomine e Governance, and Amministratore Indipendente at ENAV since June 2024, Carlo has previously held significant roles including Member of the Board of Directors at FILA Fabbrica Italiana Lapis e Affini S.p.A. and LU-VE Group. With a strong background in executive and non-executive board positions, Carlo has been integral to various committees focused on sustainability, remuneration, and governance across multiple organizations. Carlo's earlier experience includes ownership of PARIS SAS di Carlo Paris e Soci, and advisory roles in private equity and corporate finance. Educational qualifications include an MBA from American University in Washington D.C., and an Executive Master in Social Entrepreneurship from Università Cattolica.
