Pasqualino Monti

Pasqualino Monti currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ENAV since April 2023 and holds the position of President at the Port System Authority of the Western Sicily Sea since June 2017, focusing on the strategic development and operational optimization of multiple ports. Monti has been appointed as Special Commissioner for Nationally Significant Italian Infrastructure Projects by the Prime Minister, overseeing critical projects to aid national recovery since April 2021. As a university lecturer at Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Parthenope', Monti teaches Supply Chain Management, while also contributing to academic governance as an external member of the Board of Directors at Università degli Studi di Palermo. Previously, Monti held significant leadership roles in various port authorities and associations, emphasizing strategic policies and development in the maritime sector. Monti holds a Master's degree in Bank and Finance from CUOA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Statistical and Economic Sciences from Sapienza Università di Roma.
