Rozemaria Bala

Rozemaria Bala is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as a Board Member at ENAV since May 2023 and Group General Counsel - Board Secretary at GVS Filter Technology Italy since October 2021, Rozemaria has a robust background in legal affairs developed over more than a decade at Snam, where responsibilities included Secretary of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President of Governance, Risk & Control. Prior experience includes a role as an associate at Studio Legale Tosato from July 2005 to July 2010. Rozemaria holds a law degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and has completed an executive training program through InTheBoardroom by Valore D, focusing on diversity in corporate boards.
