Rico Medeiros is currently the Director Customer Care Operations at Enbridge Gas, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, East Region Contact Centres Services Branch at Ontario Public Service from April 2016 to September 2023. From December 2014 to April 2016, Rico was the Director of Call Center Operations at The Minacs Group. Rico also served as the Director of Customer Acquisition, North America at Myron Manufacturing from December 2010 to May 2014. Before that, Rico was the Founder and Lead Consultant at RiCO + Associates from October 2009 to November 2010. Rico has prior experience at Rogers Communications, where they held multiple roles including Director - Channel Marketing & Management, Director - National Operations Support, and Director - Rogers Home Phone, from 2004 to 2009. Rico also worked at Bell Canada, serving as the Director - Operational Support & Business Solutions, Assoc. Director - Channel Marketing / Management, and Manager, Marketing Programs, from 2000 to 2004. Earlier in their career, Rico was the Marketing Coordinator at Hendrickson from 1998 to 2000, and as a Marketing employee at MSR in 1998.
Rico Medeiros has a diverse educational background. In 1988, they completed their high school education at Strathroy District Collegiate, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study at that time. Later, from 1992 to 1997, they attended Wilfrid Laurier University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with a focus on Research Methodology and Demographics. Following this, in 1997-1998, Rico pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management at Seneca Polytechnic. Lastly, in 2007, they completed a Certificate in Queen's Executive Development at Queen's University.
