Anders Torning

Anders Torning is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Managing Director of Major Transactions at Enbridge since February 2017, Anders leads a legal team supporting corporate development efforts and manages various legal counsel across multiple locations. Prior to this, Anders held positions at Spectra Energy as Associate General Counsel for M&A and Corporate Services, and at Duke Energy Corporation in several legal roles including Associate General Counsel for M&A. Anders began a legal career as a Senior Associate at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP and has previous experience as an Associate at King & Spalding and as a Senior Auditor at EY. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.B.A. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Miami.
