Andrew Moreno

Andrew Moreno has extensive experience in capacity services management, having worked at Enbridge from February 2017 to July 2024, where roles included Manager and Supervisor of Capacity Services. Prior to that, Andrew Moreno was with Spectra Energy from June 2008 to February 2017, serving in capacity services and contract administration. Academically, Andrew Moreno holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Energy from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Texas A&M University.
