Colin Toole

Colin Toole is an experienced information systems and IT manager currently working at Enbridge since December 2014, overseeing a team responsible for implementing and maintaining 15 scalable applications for project execution within the Engineering and Construction group. Previously, Colin Toole worked at Spectra Energy for over 13 years, serving as Manager of Strategic Development & Analysis, where responsibilities included creating executive-level presentations for stakeholders and fostering collaboration across business units. Additionally, Colin Toole managed the $15 million EPASS Project, an integrated EHS data management system, and held the position of Senior Environmental Coordinator. Colin Toole holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Slippery Rock University and an MBA from Lebanon Valley College.
