Hailey McBurney, CMP, currently serves as the Manager of SBO Strategy and Capability at Enbridge, where responsibilities include leading initiatives to enhance cross-functional collaboration and employee skill development for innovation. McBurney has held multiple roles at Enbridge, including Strategist for Internal Communications and Senior Communications Advisor, focusing on employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and regulatory communications. Prior to joining Enbridge, McBurney worked as a Communications & Fundraising Coordinator for my world, my choice!, and as Manager of Volunteer Development and Marketing at Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta. Additional experience includes serving as a Public Affairs Officer for the Government of Alberta and a Financial Aid Advisor for the University of Alberta Students Union. McBurney holds a Graduate Certificate in Professional Communication Management from Royal Roads University and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Alberta.
