Jay Stiffler

Jay Stiffler serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Enbridge since July 2021, specializing in oil and gas transactions and energy infrastructure. Prior to this role, Jay was a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP from June 2015 to July 2021, focusing on oil and gas transactions, energy project development and construction, and mergers and acquisitions. From July 2007 to May 2015, Jay worked as Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, with a similar focus on oil and gas and energy transactions. Jay began legal career as an Associate Attorney at Baker & Hostetler LLP, where the focus was on mergers and acquisitions.
