Karen F. Stallings has extensive legal experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of US Gas Law at Enbridge since March 2017. Previously, Karen held the position of Associate General Counsel for Gas Transmission and Midstream at Spectra Energy from July 2013 to October 2022. Prior to that role, Karen was Senior Counsel at Shell Oil Company from 2007 to 2012, focusing on legacy environmental litigation and regulatory matters that impacted wetlands. Karen began a legal career at Locke Lord LLP, where as a Partner from 1989 to 2007, the primary focus was on litigation involving energy, toxic tort, and pharmaceutical issues. Karen holds a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University.
