Luis Perez Vera

Luis Perez Vera is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Vice President at Enbridge since June 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Moda Midstream and General Manager of Engineering at Oiltanking GmbH, where expertise in developing projects from conceptualization to execution was honed, particularly in handling heavy crudes and expanding existing assets.
