Sara Kliethermes

Sara Kliethermes has over 20 years of experience in process safety and engineering within the pulp and paper industry. Currently serving as a Process Safety and Paper Mill Process Engineer at Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC since February 2020, Kliethermes previously held multiple roles at Georgia-Pacific LLC, including CPG Division Process Safety Manager and Corporate Process Safety Specialist, where responsibilities included updating compliance standards, managing incident investigations, and leading training initiatives. Kliethermes also contributed to safety culture improvement and operational efficiency during tenures as a Chemical Process Safety Manager, Napkin Asset Optimizer, and Paper Machine Process Engineer. Kliethermes' career began with a technical sales position at Pollution Prevention International and includes an internship at Wausau Paper. Kliethermes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pulp and Paper Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
