Abhishek Anand

Abhishek Anand is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and hygiene within the food industry, currently serving in a pivotal role at Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. since April 2024. Prior to this position, Abhishek worked as Regional QA/QC for Third Wave Coffee from November 2021 to January 2024, overseeing 26 stores across Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, and Lucknow, and conducting various audits to ensure food safety standards. Earlier experiences include a QA Executive role at Hector Beverages, project trainee work at Moreish Food Limited, and internships focused on food processing. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology and Processing from Amity University and completed early education at Saint Thomas School in Jharkhand.
