Pooja Bhondekar

Pooja Bhondekar currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Pooja held various positions at The Oberoi Group from 2003 to 2022, including General Manager, Front Office Manager, and Executive Housekeeper and Spa Manager. Pooja began professional training in hospitality at the Oberoi Center of Learning and Development, earning a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from 2001 to 2003, and previously acquired a degree in hotel management from IHM Chandigarh between 1998 and 2001.
