Samantha Schroeder

Samantha Schroeder has a diverse work experience. Samantha began their career in 2013 as an Intern at Woodland Dunes Nature Center. In 2014, they joined Green Bay Packaging as an Environmental and Product Safety Manager and Corporate Auditor, Environmental/Product Safety Coordinator, and Lab Technician. In 2018, they moved to Nekoosa as a Quality Site Leader. In 2019, they joined REI Engineering, Inc. as an Environmental & Safety Compliance Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Encamp as the Director of Accounts, Director of Technical Solutions, and Customer Success Manager.

Samantha Schroeder has a diverse educational background. Samantha obtained their High School diploma from Two Rivers High School in 2010. Samantha then attended Concordia University-Wisconsin where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2011. After that, they attended University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science in 2014. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health/Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as a 40 Hour HAZWOPER (Waste Site Worker 40-hr Technician Training) from Lakeshore Technical College in 2020, an OSHA 30 Hour from Northcentral Technical College in 2019, and a Lean Leader Program from Optima Associates in 2016.
