Karen Johnston

Karen Johnston is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Encantado Technical Solutions since April 2021, Karen has previously held positions at SAIC from 1993 to 2021, including Computer Analyst, Technology Coordinator, and Systems Administrator. Throughout the career, Karen has demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, system enhancements, and leadership within a 900+ member service center. Educationally, Karen holds two Associate's degrees in Network Technologies from Central New Mexico Community College, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
