Humberto Rovira

Humberto Rovira is the President and CEO of Encanto Restaurants, Inc., serving since 2009, where the company operates as the sole franchisee of YUM in Puerto Rico, managing approximately 180 restaurants including KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and IHOP. Prior roles at Encanto include President & COO and Executive Vice-President overseeing operations, finance, and human resources. Humberto also contributed as Past President and current Board Member of the Asociación de Restaurantes de Puerto Rico and served as President of the Puerto Rico Restaurants Association between 2011 and 2012. Previous experience includes executive roles at Yum! Restaurants International and KFC Corporation in financial and operational capacities, alongside an early career at KPMG US as a Senior Auditor. Humberto’s extensive background in the restaurant industry is supported by a solid educational foundation from Notre Dame High School.
