Dennis Longo is an Executive Search Consultant who focuses on helping clients create and sustain high-performance cultures. Currently serving as a Director and Chair of the Compensation and Governance Committees at Encapsys, Cypress Performance Group, and IPS Corporation, Dennis also acts as the Founding Principal at NEXT LEVEL Partners®, LLC, where they assist Senior Client Executives in recruiting top talent across various functional areas. Previously, Dennis held the position of Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Danaher Corporation for over a decade, leading efforts in talent acquisition and development. Dennis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
