Kate Surman is currently an athlete for the Geelong Cats in the AFLW and serves as a physiotherapist for Encara, specializing in residential aged care and home care. Surman has prior experience as a physiotherapist with TLC Healthcare and has played for Port Adelaide FC and the Gold Coast SUNS in the AFLW. Educationally, Surman holds a Master's degree in Physiotherapy Studies from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Ballarat.
