Kylie Lewis

Kylie Lewis is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in allied health services within the aged care and community sectors. As the National Quality and Service Delivery Manager and National Manager of the Home Care Division at Encara since November 2015, Kylie has overseen the expansion of home and community allied health services across Australia. Prior to this, Kylie managed over 70 client residential facilities in New South Wales as State Manager, leading a team of more than 120 allied health professionals. Kylie's background includes multiple physiotherapy roles, culminating in senior positions at BetterLife Physiotherapy, The Avenue Hospital, and Healthcare 2 You, among others. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University and a Pilates Instructor certification from the Physicalmind Institute.
