Stephanie Phillips

Stephanie Phillips is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education and healthcare. Currently serving as a Secondary Teacher at OneSchool Global since April 2023, Stephanie also holds the position of National Home Care Manager and Senior Clinical Lead at Encara since November 2021. Stephanie’s previous roles include Regional Manager at Care Squared, Physiotherapist at Active Ability, and a variety of physiotherapy positions at Encara and Sydney Adventist Hospital. With a Master of Education from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University, Stephanie specializes in disability care and has extensive experience in aged care and rehabilitation settings.
