Arushi Bhalla

Arushi Bhalla is the Managing Director of Encardio-rite Pvt. Ltd. Her appointment as an MD followed a 12-year business career with Encardio, during which she took up multiple roles, including the President of International Business Development. She stepped up as the Managing Director in 2020, taking forward the 54-year old legacy established by her father, Amod Gujral.

Under her guidance, Encardio-rite consolidated its position as one of the leading and distinguished geotechnical companies in the world. The organization acquired a myriad of prestigious projects globally, including Doha Metro, Dubai Metro, Expo Link 2020, Deep Tunnel Sewer project, IDRIS, Sheikh Zayed tunnel and many more.

Arushi has attended several international conferences in the field of tunnelling, hydroelectric projects, metros, landslide monitoring, and deep foundations, manifesting the company’s experience by presenting various papers and case study journals.

She has always been a powerful influence for her colleagues and employees, mentoring them to develop Encardio-rite as a world leader in geotechnical monitoring and instrumentation.
