Mario Schirru

Mario Schirru is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, IT, and investment management across various companies. Currently serving as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer at Encavis AG, Mario has previously held senior roles such as Executive Vice President of Operations & IT and Investment Director at Capital Stage AG. Additionally, Mario's technical expertise includes a background as an Engineer at SkyWind GmbH and experience as a Country Manager at GEO. Mario also contributed to academia as a Visiting Scholar at Northwestern University. Mario holds a Master of Science in Control Engineering from Università di Pisa and completed studies at Mannheim Business School from 2013 to 2015.
