Russ Spieler

Russ Spieler is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Enceladus Partners, a capital investment and advisory firm that works closely with small to mid-sized businesses to optimize their capital structure and achieve their goals. Prior to this, Russ held various leadership positions at companies such as Gemspring Capital, Allentown, LLC, M&Q, and Heartwood Partners. Russ has a background in engineering and information technology, having earned both a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Microeconomics, and Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
