Ross Winship

Ross Winship has extensive experience in operations management and planning, currently serving as Manager for the North Houston Area at Enchanted Rock since May 2016. Ross has held various managerial roles within Enchanted Rock, including oversight of Operations Service Portal, Work Control Center, and Network Operations Center, along with senior analyst and operational responsibilities. Prior experience includes a marketing internship at BLUEorange Contemporary Art Gallery, where Ross developed skills in gallery growth and art sales, as well as founding YouHootMe during a tenure at the OwlSpark Accelerator, which fosters entrepreneurship at Rice University. Ross began a career in player account operations at CES Performance, LLC, where valuable data on prospective athletes was organized for training opportunities. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management with a concentration in Business Studies from Rice University, completed in 2016, following education at Klein High School.
