Yang Zhang

Yang Zhang is a robotics engineer with a PhD and over 10 years of academic experience in engineering, specializing in robotics. They served as a PhD Researcher Assistant at INSA Rennes, focusing on the design and synthesis of mechanical systems, and later worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Junia_ingénieurs, contributing to a project aimed at developing an exoskeleton for children with cerebral palsy. Currently, Yang is a Senior Robotics Software Engineer at Enchanted Tools and a Research Engineer at Flanders Make, where they are involved in projects leveraging hybrid model-based and learning approaches for robotic systems. Yang holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Northwestern Polytechnical University and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Rennes.
