Jason Trollip

Jason Trollip has a diverse and impressive work experience in the hospitality industry. Jason began their career as the General Manager at Tau Game Lodge in 1997 and held the position until 2002. Following this, they served as the General Manager at Swan at Felsted in the United Kingdom for a brief period in 2002-2003. Jason then joined Singita, where they worked as the General Manager at Singita Kruger National Park from 2003 to 2009, and later as the Tourism Director at Singita Grumeti Reserves from 2012 to 2016. During their time at Singita, the company consistently received accolades and was recognized as the best hotel in the world. Jason then joined NIHI Sumba in 2016 as the Managing Director, and under their leadership, the resort was voted as the best hotel in the world for two consecutive years. In 2018, they joined Enchantment Group as the Managing Director, overseeing The Cove Eleuthera until October 2020 and currently serving as the Managing Director of The Tides Inn. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated their expertise in managing luxury resorts and hotels, focusing on providing exceptional guest experiences and promoting wellness.

Jason Trollip completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Business Management, Public Administration, and Economics at the University of Port Elizabeth from 1993 to 1996. Jason then pursued further studies at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, where they also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management, Public Administration, and Economics from 1996 to 1997.
