Mark Gage

Mark Gage has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mark currently serves as the Executive Director of Information Systems at Enchantment Group, where they are responsible for establishing and advancing the company's overall technical vision. Prior to this, they held positions at InfraGard and the FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy Alumni Association, where they focused on community engagement and supporting law enforcement. Mark also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Senior Regional Technology Project Manager at Troon and as a Regional Director of Information Technology at both Highgate and Xanterra Parks & Resorts. Mark has also held managerial positions at Hilton Worldwide and Luxury Resorts & Hotels, where they oversaw technology support across multiple properties. In addition to their professional roles, Mark has served as an Adjunct Professor at Scottsdale Community College and as Chapter President at HFTP, where they were involved in planning educational sessions and coordinating chapter meetings. Overall, Mark Gage brings a wealth of experience in information systems management and community engagement to their current role.

Mark Gage has a diverse education history. In 1988, they completed a degree in Travel Tourism/Business Management from Davenport University. In 2002, they obtained CCNA and CCNP certifications in Cisco Networking from the Cisco Networking Academy. Mark also holds various certificates, including a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2005. Mark furthered their education in project management with a PMP certificate from the Project Management Institute in 2015. In 2020, Mark pursued a Certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida Atlantic University. Most recently, in 2021, they completed an MMBA degree in Professional Education from Miami University Farmer School of Business. Additionally, Mark has acquired multiple certifications, such as those in cybersecurity and information systems auditing.
