Shannon Walters

Shannon Walters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Director of Catering & Conference Services at Enchantment Resort since September 2021, Shannon previously held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa from March 2011 to September 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Sales Manager at Pacific Palms Hotel & Conference Center from August 2005 to March 2011, and Sales Manager at Hilton Long Beach from August 1997 to August 2005. Shannon began a career in hospitality as Food & Beverage at Knott's Berry Farm from April 1993 to April 1997.
