Janani Sharma

Janani Sharma began their career at GE Capital in 2003 as an Associate. Janani was promoted to Assistant Vice President in the same company in 2003, where they were responsible for underwriting and closing new business transactions and managing a diverse portfolio of transactions. In 2015, they were promoted to Credit Risk Lead- Energy Financial Services and Credit Risk Initiatives Lead, where they played a critical role in realizing GE Capital's strategic credit initiatives and drove GE Capital's Risk Transformation. In 2018, they joined Encina Capital Partners, LLC as Managing Director, providing specialized lending and leasing solutions to middle-market companies in the U.S. and Canada.

Janani Sharma has a notable education history. Janani earned an MBA in Finance from both Yale School of Management and Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Janani also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
