Sandy Hom

Sandy Hom has over 25 years of experience in finance, beginning with a role as a Credit Analyst in the Commercial Credit Training Program at Fleet Financial Group in 1993. In 1994, they joined Dean Witter Reynolds as an Analyst in Corporate Finance, where they were involved in structuring equity and debt offerings. In 1998, they joined GE Capital as a Vice President in Underwriting and Portfolio Management for the Structured Finance Group. During their seven-year tenure at GE Capital, they held various roles including Senior Vice President of Credit Risk, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk, and Senior Vice President of Underwriting and Portfolio Management. In 2016, they joined Capital One as a Senior Director and Team Leader. Sandy Hom currently works at Encina Capital Partners, LLC as Managing Director of Underwriting.

Sandy Hom holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with a concentration in Finance, and a BS in Economics from Cornell University. Sandy has also completed two courses at the GE Crotonville - John F. Welch Leadership Development Center, the New Manager Development Course in 2007, and the Leadership Development Course in 2013.
