Encina Wastewater Authority
Jennifer Sabine serves as the Assistant General Manager at Encina Wastewater Authority since June 2022, focusing on executive management and environmental protection. Previously, from January 2012 to June 2022, Jennifer held the position of Assistant General Manager at Sweetwater Authority, where responsibilities included delivering potable water to over 200,000 customers in southern San Diego County. Prior to that, Jennifer was the Director of Finance for the City of Encinitas from January 2006 to January 2012. Jennifer's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from the University of Delaware.
