Octavio Navarrete

Octavio Navarrete has extensive experience in operations and management within the wastewater industry, currently serving as Director of Operations at Encina Wastewater Authority since February 2004, where previous roles included Operations Manager, Resource Recovery Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Plant Operator. Prior to this, Octavio held positions at Teradyne as a Project Manager and in Advanced Engineering from 1999 to 2003, and worked as an Electrical Designer at Continental Engineering Services between 1998 and 1999. Octavio began a career in operations at HERCO Technologies as Lead Operator from 1994 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and attendance at San Diego State University.
