John Adractas

John Adractas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. John is currently the CEO and Co-founder of TrustPoint.ai, a company focused on construction finance software. Prior to this, they worked as an Angel Investor and Board Advisor for One Shared Mind Ventures, where they supported and advised companies in the analytics, FinTech, and healthcare sectors.

John also held various positions at Simplee, a healthcare payment company that was acquired by FlyWire. John served as a Board Advisor, GM Analytics, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer during their time there. Additionally, they co-founded Onsophic Inc. and AcademixDirect, Inc., contributing to their early-stage development.

Earlier in their career, John worked at Google as a Manager in Online Sales and Operations. John also had experience as a Summer Associate at The Boston Consulting Group and as a Venture Capital Investor at Voyager Capital.

Before that, they were part of the founding team at Zeborg Inc., a big data analytics company in the strategic sourcing space. Zeborg was successfully acquired by Emptoris/IBM. John started their career as a Business Analyst at Mitchell Madison Group (MMG) / MarchFirst.

John Adractas has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Harvard Business School. John also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania, where they double majored in these subjects. Additionally, they completed a Postbaccalaureate program in Computer Science at the University of Washington.
