Jessica Keating

Jessica Keating has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the software development field. Jessica is currently working at Encircle as a Software Development Manager since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Igloo Software from March 2021 to July 2023. At Igloo Software, they also served as a Software Development Team Lead from February 2019 to March 2021 and as a Senior Software Developer from October 2016 to February 2019.

Before their time at Igloo Software, Jessica worked at Canadian Tire as a Developer from October 2015 to October 2016. Jessica also had experience as a Developer at OpenText from April 2014 to October 2015.

Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as a User Interface Developer at CBC/Radio-Canada from May 2013 to April 2014 and as a New Media Specialist I at TVOntario from January 2013 to May 2013. Jessica also had a customer service role at Future Shop from October 2007 to January 2013, where they handled customer transactions, assisted with website orders, and resolved customer issues.

Additionally, Jessica worked as a Freelance Web Designer/Developer at Synn Studios Inc. from September 2010 to September 2011.

Jessica Keating completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Major Studio Art with a minor in Art History from the University of Guelph. Jessica attended the University from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a degree in Interactive Multimedia (IMM) with a focus on Computer Programming at Sheridan College from 2012 to 2013.
