Pete Lawson

Pete Lawson has extensive work experience in various roles related to people and culture, human resources, talent acquisition, and recruitment. Pete is currently working as the Director of People & Culture at Encircle, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, from April 2018 to February 2022, they served as the Director of Human Resources, Life Sciences at ATS Automation. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at ATS Automation from September 2012 to March 2018.

Pete also has experience working at RIM/BlackBerry as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader from June 2008 to September 2012. Pete worked as the Manager of Talent Management at The Economical Insurance Group from May 2006 to May 2008.

Earlier in their career, Pete held the role of HR Consultant at NCR from May 2004 to May 2006. Pete was a Technical Recruiter at Nortel Networks from an unspecified date in 1999 to 2004 and at The Prior Resource Group from an unspecified date in 1997 to 1999.
