Aminah McGill, CFE, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aminah began their career in 2007 as a Dietary Aide, Food and Nutrition at Daughters of Sarah, where they provided meals and snacks to seniors and assisted with food preparation. In 2009, they joined The Children's Place, initially as a Sales Associate before progressing to roles such as Sales Lead, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager. Their responsibilities included leading store teams, driving sales, and developing talent. In 2013, Aminah joined Novak Francella LLC as a Payroll Compliance Auditor and later became a Supervisor- Payroll Compliance. Aminah traveled to different employers, reviewed documents for compliance with regulations, and prepared reports. Currently, Aminah is working at Enclara Pharmacia, where they started as an Internal Auditor in 2017. Aminah then became the Internal Audit & Compliance Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle.

Aminah McGill, CFE, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting, which they obtained from the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2008 to 2012. In 2008, they briefly attended the University at Albany, SUNY, but did not complete a degree or field of study. Currently, Aminah is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General, at Thomas Jefferson University since 2019. Aminah also possesses additional certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner from the ACFE, although the specific obtained month and year are not provided.
