Ben Groft

Ben Groft has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ben started their career at AT&T in 1983, where they held various positions including Call Center Director, Call Center Consultant, and Manager. In 2000, they joined Comcast Business Communications as the Director of Customer Service. Ben then moved on to work at Penn State University as the Director of Business Development from 2002 to 2004. Following that, they joined Walgreen Company as the Director of Customer Care Operations, a position they held for over 12 years. Most recently, they have been working at Enclara Pharmacia since 2017, first as the VP of Call Center Operations and currently as the SVP of Patient Care Operations.

Ben Groft earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from Penn State University, which they attended from 1978 to 1982. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, completing their studies from 1995 to 1998.
