David Wells

David Wells has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. David currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Enclave Markets since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Strategy and Product Development at Two Sigma from January 2020 to January 2022. From October 2018 to January 2020, they worked at Paxos as a Senior Product Manager and also held the role of General Manager for their digital assets exchange, itBit, from January 2018 to September 2018. Additionally, at Paxos, they worked on strategic initiatives from October 2017 to January 2018.

Before joining Paxos, David worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate in their Strategy and Corporate Finance Practice from July 2015 to October 2017. David also gained experience at Rockbridge Growth Equity as a Summer Associate in 2014.

David began their professional career serving in the US Navy from July 2007 to August 2013, where they held various roles as an Intelligence Officer, including Intelligence Officer - Lieutenant, Assistant Officer in Charge for Intelligence - Lieutenant Junior Grade, and Intelligence and Communications Division Officer - Ensign. Prior to their military service, they interned as an International Projects Research Analyst at JBC International in 2006.

David Wells attended Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Prior to that, they studied at Michigan State University James Madison College, although specific start and end years were not provided. At James Madison College, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on International Relations and National Security Studies.
